Halloween Parade with StrangeWorks

Are you brave enough to take part in the this year's Halloween Parade, 'Dance of the Dead'?
StrangeWorks Theatre collective is celebrating their annual March of the Dead which starts in Hoxton Square at 7pm on Saturday 30th October. Death will greet you at Hoxton Square and guide the 400 strong crowds up the Kingsland Road to Gillett Square for a huge Dance.

StrangeWorks invites you take part by dancing, making costumes, flags or even playing music!

The Theme is the question; If Death invited you to the Dance of the Dead ( The Last dance) who would you be?
Dress Code: Black, white and Red
Prepare your costume or help us make masks and flags for the parade at our final open studio day this Sunday October 24th at STK International Airport, 1 - 15 Leswin Place, London N16 7NJ .

If you are under 18 you need to be accompanied by an adult. Some materials and basic tools will be provided.

The March of the Dead is collaborating with venues and arts organisations in the East End; The Vortex Jazz Bar; Gillett Square; STK International Airport and Passing Clouds.

StrangeWorks was started in 2006 by a group of artists who design, construct and facilitate theatrical performances that are specific to people, place and occasion. Founded by William Bock, Mary Doyle and Georgia Jacob who have worked collaboratively since 2002. They have created site-specific theatrical experiences for venues such as the Barbican and Tate Britain.
