This web site is designed to be as accessible as possible given the technology at our disposal. Using the tab key will take the user through all the links on any page without having to use the mouse to point, and the subsequent use of the enter or return key will activate the link and take you to the next page. In a tabbed browser using the tab key will also enable the user to move between tabs in any browser window.

To increase the size of the text on any page, please use CTRL (Apple key on the Mac)+ key combination (hold down Control/Apple key and tap the + key). To reduce the size of the text, use the CTRL(Apple key on the Mac)- combination (hold down Control/Apple key and tap - key). To return to default page size, refresh your browser or hit the F5 key.
