World Mental Health Day - Sunday 10th October
"Get Moving in Dalston" links Hackney's local networks with Time to Change's national campaign to challenge the stigma, discrimination and exclusion experienced by people affected by mental health issues. They brought a fun for all the family in Gillett Square, the Vortex and Peter Bedford including music, dance and theatre from Hackney-based performers as well as free aerobics and Qi Gong sessions, short film screenings and art exhibition... see more
